Donate To Zubatto Syndicate Through American Music Center

I’m very excited to announce that the Zubatto Syndicate recording project, along with performances we have planned to celebrate its release next year, now has the support of fiscal sponsorship from American Music Center in New York. AMC has been hugely supportive of this project to date, providing much needed funding to get us this far, and now this very useful tool for securing additional funds.
My main goal in seeking fiscal sponsorship is to give us access to grants and other sources of funding that require 503c status on the part of the applicant. Most of these won’t actually help the project in the short term, but could provide crucial support after the fact, for performances supporting the release and more.
However, an added benefit of fiscal sponsorship is that you can now make a tax deductible donation to the Zubatto Syndicate recording project through AMC. This is a little different than our first round of fund-raising through Kickstarter, in that I can’t offer you cool rewards, but if you need a last minute tax write-off for 2010, or just feeling like helping us get over the last hurdle and into production, please consider giving to the cause. Does your company do any matching of charitable contributions? They can give too!
If you donate something before December 31 at 11:59pm, I will put your name (or the name of your choice) in the liner notes with the Kickstarter supporters. I can also send you a copy of the CD when it is released (but you will have to subtract the value from your tax deduction and all of that business).
